All products supplied by Enhanced Research Compounds are intended exclusively for research purposes and are not approved for human consumption or veterinary use. Buyers agree to use products in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

2. Age Requirement

Purchasers must be 18 years of age or older. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Product Specifications

Enhanced Research Compounds products are provided as-is with the specifications described. All products are independently tested and accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis verifying purity and composition. Specifications are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale.

4. Liability and Responsibility

The buyer assumes full responsibility for the handling, storage, and use of all purchased products. Enhanced Research Compounds is not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from the use or misuse of products, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or legal consequences.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds, returns are limited. Unopened products in original condition may be returned within 7 days of purchase for store credit. 6. Limitation of Liability

Enhanced Research Compounds, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data. The total liability of Enhanced Research Compounds for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

7. Payment and Transactions

All transactions are final. Payment must be received before products are dispatched. Enhanced Research Compounds reserves the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or in violation of these terms.
