Our Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Enhanced Research Compounds. By placing an order, you agree to this policy, our Terms & Conditions, and any notices shown at checkout.

All products are supplied strictly for laboratory research, analytical, or educational purposes only, where lawful.
Not for human or animal consumption, medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use.
By ordering, you confirm that you:

Where We Ship
We ship only to addresses we determine are lawful and serviceable.
We may refuse, cancel, or hold orders where shipping is restricted, prohibited, or poses a higher risk of loss, seizure, delay, or non-delivery (including customs or regulatory issues).
If cancelled, refunds will be issued to the extent permitted by law.

Processing & Delivery

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Any duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer’s responsibility, unless stated otherwise.

Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, refusal, or failure to collect may be:

Re-shipped at your cost, or

Refunded minus shipping and handling fees, where permitted by law

Order Verification
We may request additional verification before dispatch. We reserve the right to hold, cancel, or refuse orders we reasonably believe are fraudulent, unlawful, or in breach of our policies.

Temperature-Sensitive Products
Some products may be temperature-sensitive.

Responsibility for proper storage and handling passes to you once delivery is completed

We are not responsible for degradation caused by incorrect storage, unattended deliveries, delays, or address errors

Signature on delivery is recommended for higher-value orders

Authority to Leave
If safe drop or authority to leave is enabled, responsibility transfers once the carrier marks the order as delivered.

Tracking
Tracking details will be provided where available. Carrier tracking updates may not appear in real time.

Delivery Issues
Delays
We are not liable for delays outside our control but will assist with carrier enquiries where possible.
Delivered but Not Received
If marked as delivered but missing, notify us within 7 days of the delivery scan. A written declaration may be required.
Lost in Transit
If confirmed lost by the carrier, we may issue a replacement or refund, at our discretion and subject to law.
Damaged on Arrival
Report damage within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the packaging, label, and item.

Returns to Sender
If a parcel is returned as undeliverable, re-shipping fees may apply. Refunds (if applicable) may exclude shipping and handling costs.

Customs & Regulatory Matters
International shipments may be delayed, returned, or seized by customs authorities.
We are not responsible for customs decisions, and orders affected by import restrictions may not be eligible for a refund, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes & Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible to request changes or cancellations. Once an order is packed or dispatched, changes may not be possible.
